If your clinic exceeds your included call volume, we’ll notify you during the month. We’ll continue answering calls as normal, and any additional calls will be billed at your package’s overage rate at the end of the month.
A call is counted whenever our team actively handles or places a call on your behalf. This includes answered inbound calls and all outbound calls such as follow-ups, reminders, confirmations, and callbacks. Missed calls are not counted as calls.
Yes — we contact patients who have enquired through forms, social media, or missed calls, answer basic questions using your clinic’s information, and assist them with booking an appointment.
Setup can take between 7 - 14 days depending on the complexity. We’ll work with you to configure your call handling, scripts, and booking process so everything runs smoothly from day one.
