Brian doesn’t just manage operations, he engineers them. With a background in virtual reception, call handling, concierge services for plastic surgery, as well as leadership and business management, Brian built Receptra from the ground up to bring efficiency, personality, and genuine care back into patient communication.

He’s the type of founder who can hop from coding a CRM feature to jumping on a client call, then still find time to motivate the team with a “let’s make it happen” grin. His approach blends sharp business strategy with a sense of humour that keeps the workday human (and never boring).

Driven by his passion for the medical, aesthetics, and dental fields, Brian’s mission is to raise the standard of what virtual reception can be: precise, personal, and patient-first.

Siyamthanda "DIMPLES" nyakambi

Known affectionately as “The Perfectionist,” Dimples keeps Receptra running like a well-oiled machine.
With years of experience designing QA processes and ensuring every call, message, and workflow hits the highest standards, she’s the sharp eye behind the team’s excellence.

Her superpower? Spotting a typo, tone slip, or process gap before anyone else even blinks. Her mild OCD is both a blessing and a running office joke. She’ll find it, fix it, and then lecture Brian on how to make it even better next time (all in the name of progress).

You will often catch her lecturing the team on how they should be drinking more water instead of caffeine or energy drinks!

Her passion for helping clinics in the dental and aesthetic industries shine through professionalism and care keeps her relentlessly focused on excellence: because for Dimples, near-perfect simply isn’t enough.

THEMBAKAZI "THEMBI" DYUSHU

VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST

Aka “The Straight Shooter,” Thembi is Receptra’s most experienced virtual receptionist for Medical & Dental clinics and the one most likely to keep everyone (including Brian) in check.
With a naturally confident voice and years of call-handling experience, she brings both professionalism and personality to every interaction.

Never one to sugarcoat, Thembi’s honesty keeps the team sharp, if something’s off, she’ll say it, fix it, and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Her drive for excellence shows in her work ethic: she gives her all to make sure even Dimples can’t find a single flaw.

She takes pride in delivering world-class service to clinics and patients across the dental and medical aesthetics fields: blending warmth with precision in every call..

VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST

Nicknamed “The Boss” for good reason, Xena brings equal parts authority and heart to Receptra’s frontline. With over two years of call-handling excellence, she’s mastered the art of balancing patient care, precision, and professionalism, all while keeping the team on their toes.

Don’t be fooled by her serious “get away from me” face, behind it is a sharp mind and a genuine desire to see everyone improve. If something’s not done right, Xena will try to spot it before Dimples, and she’ll definitely help fix it, with a mix of guidance and that trademark bossy charm.

Her dedication to the medical and aesthetics industry shows in every patient conversation, she treats each call like the clinic’s reputation depends on it (because it does!).

Aka “The Energizer,” Michelle brings experience, dedication, and unstoppable energy to Receptra. She’s the one who sets the standard. Professional to the core, quick to learn, and always ready to go the extra mile to help the team grow.

Though she’s the “oldie” of the group, she’s definitely not the oldest in spirit, her enthusiasm and positivity often outshine everyone else. Reliable during work, a powerhouse in performance, and (if there’s a drink involved) the first to make team building unforgettable, Michelle keeps the balance between responsibility and fun.
