OUR STORY

Receptra was built out of both experience, and necessity.

Before launching Receptra, our team worked together under another virtual reception company that served clinics across the UK.
We built close relationships with dental and aesthetic practices, learned the ins and outs of patient communication, and became deeply invested in helping those clinics grow.

But one day, everything changed.
We were informed that the company would be shutting down operations due to financial constraints , thus leaving dozens of UK clinics without the support they relied on every day.

For us, that wasn’t something we could just walk away from.
We had spent years perfecting how to answer patient calls with empathy, follow up with precision, and represent clinics with pride.

So, instead of letting those clinics go silent, we built something of our own.

That’s how Receptra LTD was born, a human-first virtual reception company created to continue supporting the clinics we once served, and to help many more in the future.
